Welcome to the NHS e-Learning Readiness Toolkit created to help your organisation plan e-Learning delivery.

At the heart of the toolkit is a powerful and flexible tool to help you judge how e-Learning ready your organisation is. It can be used in a variety of ways by an individual or by teams.

You and your colleagues will be able to use the Toolkit to help with your e-strategy. The tool will provide you with a report to identify strengths and weaknesses. You can also access lots of information to help action planning and delivery.

As the e-Learning Readiness Toolkit was being developed the ETD Practitioner Project was also developing resources. The Toolkit aims to support and complement the ETD Practitioner Project.
