Further Information: There are processes in place to regularly evaluate the adequacy of the policies, standards and guidelines governing e-Learning.

To ensure that e-Learning policies and guidelines are relevant and used, those responsible for designing and circulating them must have feedback on usage and value. Policies and guidelines can be monitored in a number of ways. A simple evaluation and comments option online will provide regular feedback by users along with an indication of take up and spread of usage. Sampling e-Learning resources and delivery will also indicate whether standards and guidelines have been applied.

New guidelines, policies and standards require a communication plan and may require training. They will always require monitoring.
