If your organization has an e-Learning strategy which encourages staff to actively embrace e-Learning as a positive way forward, then you, as a manager, need to set a good example to your staff in relation to how you collect information about performance.

Your behaviour needs to model good practice in e-Learning by making sure that you use IT and new technologies to manage budgets, projects, appraisals, training records and qualifications.
