If your organisation is adopting an e-Learning approach to training staff, then you need to find out if, as a result of its introduction:
- they are staying in their jobs longer
- they are gaining more qualifications
- the quality of the care they offer is improving,
You can do this by introducing:
- pilots
- evaluations
- surveys
- making comparisons with previous delivery methods.
