If your organisation is adopting an e-Learning approach to training staff, then you need to find out if, as a result of its introduction:

• they are staying in their jobs longer
• they are gaining more qualifications
• the quality of the care they offer is improving,

You can do this by introducing:

• pilots
• evaluations
• surveys
• making comparisons with previous delivery methods.
