- The application to the workplace of skills and knowledge gained by staff in bands 1-4, as a result of using e-Learning is measured, and the findings used to improve links between learning and the workplace.
- The uptake of learning support services including language support, guidance, basic skills and assistive technologies is regularly monitored in relation to e-Learning and staff in bands 1-4. The findings are used to improve and promote access.
