• The experience of staff in bands 1-4 of using e-Learning, is evaluated and the findings used to improve the learning experience.
• The contribution to skills and knowledge gained as a result of using e-Learning, is measured in staff in bands 1-4 and the findings used to inform the design and effectiveness of learning approaches.
• The application to the workplace of skills and knowledge gained by staff in bands 1-4, as a result of using e-Learning is measured, and the findings used to improve links between learning and the workplace.
• The uptake of learning support services including language support, guidance, basic skills and assistive technologies is regularly monitored in relation to e-Learning and staff in bands 1-4. The findings are used to improve and promote access.
• The impact of e-Learning is measured in the workplace and the findings systematically fed into continuous improvement.
