Further Information: Learners are able to provide regular formal and informal feedback on the quality of their experiences of e-Learning and blended learning.

Learners’ feedback on their experiences of e-Learning enables those responsible for delivering and designing learning resources to constantly improve them. Feedback can take many forms. Here are just a few ways that feedback can be given, verbal and ad hoc.

  • Formal paper or online evaluation required at the end of blocks of learning eg ratings on set topics such as the relevance of resource content.
  • Suggestion boxes that collect ideas from learners about ways that resources can be improved.
  • Focus groups (face-to-face or online) that discuss specific aspects of course delivery or design.
  • End of course - happy sheets
  • Online polls
