Your organisation should make sure that the right software is put onto the computers used by learners and tutors. Some software tools may be available online rather than loaded onto the computer.

Once you know what software is available you should make sure that people know where to find it and how to use it. There may be gaps, such as there may be no tools to create resources that work in your learning management system. These gaps should be filled if there is a clear need.
