What is an integrated project plan?
A project plan should be developed using established project management principles. PRINCE 2 which stands for Projects in Controlled Environments is a recognised set of project management principles.
The project plan needs to bring together the technical, behaviour and organisational aspects of the elearning initiative. It is important to ensure that pedagogical and creative aspects are also included in the plan.
All leaders should work to this one master plan. This will ensure the successful implementation of e-Learning.
