Managing change
In order for e-Learning to become established within organisations, people need to be prepared to change and adapt their current practice. While recognising the pressures that make change difficult, these pages in the Toolkit provide constructive ideas for facilitating and implementing change as well as identifying change leaders.
Managing change is about engaging people in the development and ownership of the new initiative. Change starts with the vision for e-Learning and the behaviours and skills which organisations want to promote and support. This is followed by reviewing the change levers that will support new practices and a look at the factors that will sustain commitment to e-Learning.
