Are you and your training team ready to deliver e-Learning?
Who should be using this part of the toolkit?
1. You as an individual
e-Learning development may be the main focus of your job role or just one of the duties. You may be a trainer already delivering e-Learning or a clinical professional looking to procure e-Learning for your speciality. Whatever your level of experience and input this section of the tool should assist you in identifying the skills and support you need.
2. The Team
This section is concerned with helping you identify both your personal skills needs and also those of the team. The team operates in at least two areas
- The local team e.g. a training department, a clinical education department
- The organisation wide team, possibly to include Corporate or centralised training teams, IT departments, Deaneries, Unions, Managers and Human Resources
